Join us on Saturday 11th May at the New Plymouth Racecourse for an exciting day of racing action and fun-filled activities, for tradies!
We have the return of the UNDIE 200m, The Love Racing NZ Pony Series and a special addition to our racing card.
Spend the day with your mates, enjoying the thrill of the races and cheering on your favourite horses as they sprint to the finish line. With a range of different races to watch, there's something for everyone.
But that's not all! Tradies Day at the New Plymouth Races offers a range of activities to keep you entertained throughout the day, including live music, and plenty of opportunities to win prizes and giveaways.
Dont forget to purchase your tickets to our Scottish Charm Lounge, where we'll have a dedicated Tradies' Area where you can kick back and relax with your fellow tradies, with a cold drink in hand and a great view of the races.

Dress Code
General Admission: There is no dress code in GA areas, although we encourage smart casual.
Hospitality Guests: Whilst there is no specific dress code, we strongly encourage all corporate hospitality guests to dress for the occasion. Clean, tidy, smart casual is encouraged, although you can expect to see more formal racewear in these areas too.
