The Precinct features a generous covered and uncovered area per group. Individual spaces are picket fenced under the roof and with a lawn area. Prime view of the track, parade chute, and birdcage. Bet and Collect marquee with Trackside TVs. Catering and bar facilities exclusively for precinct guest use. Amenities located in the adjacent La Mer Lounge.

Venue:

Private outside space with shared facilities. Located in front of the grandstand The Precinct space allows for a table of ten* under cover, and an additional table of up to ten* alfresco. The sectioned lawn area also has a sun umbrella and bar leaner.

Minimum booking table of ten. Individual space can accommodate 20-25**. Larger numbers are allocated additional space adjacent, subject to availability when booking. 

*Tables are optimized for ten, however they can accommodate 11-12 if required.
** A chair is provided per paying guest, however some prefer to utilise the bar leaners throughout the course of the day
