Very quiet session with local races last Saturday and a significant number of jumpouts at Stratford on Wednesday.
The Underbelly and Secret Amour took time honours running a strong 1200M, the 600M in 40.1. The Underbelly may go to Te Rapa on Saturday.
Un-named youngsters from the Sharrock Sable by Telperion and Vadamos impressed when running 1000M, home in 46.2. This was a good effort on the testing track.
Hanakin and Sacred Angel ran 1200M, the last 600 in 41. Hanakin has been in good form and will likely head to Awapuni .
Pomalo and Zivjelli ran 1200M, the last 600 in 42.5. Both should be competitive at Hawera on Sunday.
Jumpers, Grinner and Black Eyed Sue were strong over 1400M, the last 600M in 43.1. Grinner is improving with every race.
The final gallop was solo, Side Bar over 600M in 42.1.
