Time honours of the morning went to Secret Armour and The Hottie who ran a strong 1000m, the last 600 in 36.3.  

Secret Armour is in great form and must pick up a group win soon.

Stablemate One Bold Cat and Star of Australis were also impressive running 1000M home in 37.5.

From the Millar Barn Hanakin and Ginger Snapz ran an even 1000M quickening to run the last 600 in 36.8.

Beaudz Well and Oso Savvy ran 1400M home in 38.9.  Beaudz Well was very disappointing at Hawera but no reason was found so he will press on to Trentham on Sunday as will stablemate Oso Savvy who turned in a great run last start at Hawera.

Quality galloper Ladies Man and Sinarahma appeared to travel kindly over 1000M, the last 600 in 37.7.  Ladies  Man looked improved by the recent run at Hawera. 

 Another Bella and The Underbelly ran an even 1000M home in 37.6.  Another Bella may go to  Waverley on Friday where she ran an excellent third first-up a fortnight ago.

From the Millar Team Trainwreck and Dream Machine followed by Zola Express and Pure Incanto ran 1000M both gallops the last 600 in 37.3.

Urenui and I’m Ronaldo ran 1200M strongly, the last 600 in 37.8.  Urenui looks a likely maiden winner soon.  

The final gallops were all over 1000M, solo, with 600M times in brackets, Spanish Harlem (38.8) Sidebar (38.8) Catsacharmer (38.5) Shamus (39.2) Taviattack (39.2) Showbourne (39.0) .  Showbourne ran a good third for new trainer Tony Corric first up and looks well.
