With racing at New Plymouth this Wednesday, the course proper was made available for galloping for those horses nominated to start at their home track.

Time honours of the morning went to the Allan Sharrock trained El Jaycee who worked a strong 1200M, the last 600 in 36.6.

Za Spirit also worked well over 1000M, the last 600 in 36.7.

Fleur de Blues worked solo as well over 1000M, home in 36.9.

The following horses worked over 1000M, 600 times in brackets:

Ivy Time & Opetaia (38.0), Belles Beau & Bay Express (37.4), KOmocean  (39.9), Saltriya & The Black Prince (38.5),  Madison (37.2), Palmarrow (37.0), Rydes Legacy & Kingsbrook Diva (38.4), Hot Mama (37.4), Sir Bruce (37.0), Banquella & La Bella Uno (38.5), Ballroom Blitz & Roberto Veloce (39.4).

King Jackal worked over 1200M, the last 600M in 41.0.

Cotton Roca and Fulla Grace both worked solo over 1400M, the last 600 in 38.2 and 37.6 respectively.
