This February at the Denis Wheeler Earthmoving Taranaki Cup Day, join our on-course Punters Club and leave the betting to the professionals. Tickets are just $20 and can be purchased on race day from the Secretary’s Office.
What is a Punters Club?
It’s simple! All entry money is pooled into a betting fund, managed by a “Pro-Punter” who places bets on behalf of ticket holders. Throughout the day, you can track the club's progress via a whiteboard outside the Secretary’s Office or listen for regular on-course updates.
At the end of the day, if the Punters Club turns a profit, the winnings are split evenly among ticket holders. The risk? You might lose your $20. The reward? You could walk away with a tidy pay-out! Full rules are available [here].

Grab a ticket to the Rough Habit Punters Lounge for $60 per person. This includes your $20 Punters Club entry, two drink vouchers, a racebook, and a light lunch (Burger & Fries Pack). You can purchase solo tickets to be grouped with like-minded punters or book a table for 10 with friends. Pre-purchase is required for this exclusive area.
Please note, you don’t need a Rough Habit Punters Lounge ticket to participate in the Punters Club. It’s open to everyone on course (18+). Bet responsibly.
