As expected time honours of the morning went to quality galloeprs Shamus and Ladies Man who strode over 1000M the last 600 home in 35.9.
Contribute preparing for the Avondale Cup galloped a strong 1400M with Our Jumala, the last 600 in 39.9. Contribute will be competitive.
El Jaycee and Tudor Fisk ran an even 1000M, the last 600 in 36.5. They were both well held.
Black Betty and Pucci were together over 1000M, home in 36.4. Black Betty was’t disgraced in black type last start and looks a promising stayer.
Boy and Smart Road had the pace on from the 1000M, home in 36.1. This was a sharp effort.
Herbert and Oso Savvy went a steady 1400M the last 600 I 38.4. Herbert will be very competitive on his home track, Friday.
Lord Donovan and Zivjelli worked an even 1000M, home in 37.4. Lord Donovan is forward to resume on Friday.
Waisake and Tsiebwe and Zebedeya ran 1600M , the last 600 in a very respectable 37.3.
Final Return and Tavianne impressed when running 1000M, the last 600 in 36.6.
Tranzed and Tsunami ran 1400M home in 37.9. Home 37.8. Herbert is nearing a return to the races. Tranzed was very impressive last start and may continue on to the derby if he performs well Friday on his home track.
The Chopper and The Fearless One ran 1000M, the last 600 in 38.9. The Fearless One looks to have derived plenty of benefit from his fresh up run.
Final gallops were all solo over 1000M with 600M times in brackets
