With three race meetings in three weeks in Taranaki, jump-outs at New Plymouth yesterday and trials today at Foxton, trackwork was extremely quiet this morning.
Gallops were held on the course proper over the same ground as jumpouts, inside rail and with constant rain overnight, it was very heavy under foot.
From the Sharrock Stable Zashudo and King Jackal worked over 1000M, home in 40.0.
Tor Ment Tor from the Revell Barn worked a solid 1400M, the last 600 in 42.0
