Time honours of the morning went to Risqué Ruler and Tequila Spirit from the Millar Barn who galloped 1000M, the last 600 in 36.8. As the only gallops to break 37s, this was an excellent effort.
From the Patterson Stable Smug One and Its Doris also ran 1000M, home in 37.5. Smug One has been performing well at recent jumpouts.
Tokyo Hot Nights and an un-named Derryn from the Hina stable impressed over 1000M, the last 600 in 37.9. Tokyo Hot Nights in particular looks an early winner.
Bow Hill and Our Jumala ran an easy 1000M, the last 6000 in 38.8. Bow Hill ran a grand race last start hinting that another win is near.
Bridal Train and Bridget had the pace on throughout the 1000M gallop, the last 600 in a slick 37.0.
O’Ceirins Dream and Regal Dice ran a solid 12000, home in 38.1. They were strong to the line.
The Fearless One and The Dutch Dame ran an even 1000M, the last 600 in 38.1.
So Solly and an un-named Jon Snow from the Hina stable ran over 1000M, the last 600 in 38.2.
The final gallops were all solo over 1000M with 600M times in brackets;
Archachon (39.7) Never Never (38.0) Thumper 40.0) Bella Timing (37.1) Ladies Man (38.2) Tavattack (37.4) Terra Preta (37.2) Hot Shockolate (41.3) Terra Preta continues to impress in training.
