Yesterday we held our first jumpouts using our brand new Sim Track gates, so with just over 60 horses jumping out and many of the older horses heading to trials today, it was a quiet morning on the track.
Time honours of the morning went to Ladies Man and Tshiebwe, working a strong 1200m, the last 600 in 37.5. Ladies Man heads to Tauranga on Saturday, he’s looking very well.
The good looking Tisse and stablemate Librero worked over 1000M, well held and home in 38.04. Both look well and Tisse will line up at Hawera on Saturday.
Sumi and Loch In Ora looked impressive over 800m, the last 600 in 38.01. They’ll also head to Hawera.
Justaskme and Outer Focus galloped over 1200m, well held, the last 600 in 38.5. Justaskme looks to head to Tauranga and Outer Focus to Hawera.
Lazio worked over 1000m, solo, home in a respectable 38 flat. He’ll look to head to Wellington in the middle of the month.
Urenui and Dojakata, both planning on starting this weekend at Hawera worked strongly, the last 600 in 38.5.
From the Patterson Barn, Mary Louise and Contribute completed a well held gallop, the last 600 in 41.61.
