Quality gallopers One Bold Cat and The Underbelly worked strongly over 1400M, the last 600M in 38.7. They were both well held at the line.
La Santana and Beaudz Well ran 1200M, the last 600 in 38.5. Beaudz Well is forward to return.
Our Jumala and Bow Hill ran 1400M, the last 600 in 39.1. It was an attractive gallop.
Winkle Bay and the Dutch Dame also ran 1400M, the last 600 in 38.7. Winkle Bay is a strong change on Friday if she can run straight.
Cactus Rose and Hilary Banks sprinted 1000M, home in 38.5.
Pure Incanto and Dream Machine ran 1000, the last 600 in 38.6. Pure Incanto looks to be improving with each run.
I don’t and Lochan Ora ran 1000M, the last 600 in 37.8. Lochan Ora will be hard to beat on Friday.
Nom de Plume and Belladonna Lily ran 1000M, home in 38.5. They are part of strong Patterson team for Friday.
Testify Me and Hanakin ran 1000M, home in 38.1. Testify Me was very impressive winning at Te Rapa and looks likely to hold his form.
Islington Lass and Sumi ran 1000M, the last 600 in a very quick time of 37.1.
The final gallops were all solo over 1000M, with 600 times in brackets; Persian Idol (37.7) Final Return (38.9) Lazio (36.8) Urenui (38.6) Shamus (40.0) Lazio was impressive.
