Track  heavy. 

After intense overnight rain the track was very heavy. 

Jumpouts held yesterday at Egmont Racing Club and the track restricted to those starting on or before 7th September, fairly light morning at the track. 

Last start winner Justaskme relished the conditions working in company with Outer Focus over 1000M, the last 600 in 41.8. 

Quality gallopers One Bold Cat and Mary Louise continued their spring preparation by running 1000M, home in 42.6.  Both are coming to hand well. 

Likely Whanganui Guineas aspirant ReadAboutit was well held galloping 1000M with Willoughby White, the last 600 in 43.5.  He will be hard to beat. 

Hi Yo Sass Bomb whose probably early target is the Egmont Fillies and Mares continued her preparation by galloping 10000M, with Ravenia Rose, the last 600 in 42.9.  She was keen all the way. 

Islington Lass and Confetti and stablemates Swingit Ourway and Indian Gold did identical work over 1000M, home in 42.0 and 42.8 respectively. 

The final gallop was a solo 1000M by Urenui, the last 600 in 43.1.  Hoping to bounce back in form after his last start at New Plymouth.
